Castaway Long Sleeve

Been hiking with this and a few other Borealis shirts for the last 6 weeks or so. AWESOME shirts, my new favorite. Even after sweating all day long backpacking the shirt doesn’t stink! Nor does it look like its pulling or stretching or otherwise losing shape. Washing is a breeze, hang dry. Also, even after a 12 mile hike yesterday I was able to run around town without changing and didn’t look homeless like I would otherwise have with other brands.

Although I am a woman, I usually order mens shirts and pants for a more comfortable fit for my body. My two cast away shirts arrived a week ago and I wore one everyday for a week. It still didn’t smell, but the sleeves were starting to look dirty so I have put in in the wash pile and now wearing the second shirt. The shirts are well made. The wool is comfortable (no itching) and warm when cool and still comfortable when the sun comes out. I just went on line to order a couple shirts for my husband, but you do not have much stock left. That is my only disappointment.

I think this immediately became a best-in-closet top. Love the weight and feel. Seems so versatile—dreaming about all the places I can where this. That’s a good sign. Yep, obsessed already.

Love the feel, style and weight if the shirt, but if you have broad shoulders size up. I am 5 9’ and 155 pounds, I usually wear a size M-L. The XL would have been a bit more comfy for lounging

Love the shirt, its quality in its feel and make, but It runs small in the shoulders. I am 5 9” and 155. The Large feels tight and worries about washing and shrining. I wish I could exchange for XL but there is no stock in any colors left.
